Today’s corporate restructurings can involve thousands of individuals and entities—customers, vendors, employees, retirees, interest holders and others—who are entitled to receive various notices to stay abreast of important dates and deadlines in the case. At KCC, we work with clients to formulate noticing campaigns – identifying appropriate constituents to receive notices, compiling and maintaining notice lists from pre-petition through post-confirmation and service of notices and other documents to necessary parties during the restructuring.
