Sondra Monroe and Frank Gatto Join KCC's Class Action Services

El Segundo, CA --KCC, a Computershare company and premier provider of administrative-support services for the legal and financial industries, announced today that Sondra Monroe has joined the company as Director of Class Action Services and Frank Gatto has joined as Senior Managing Consultant for Class Action Services. Bringing more than 27 years of experience to KCC, Sondra is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of client initiatives to manage and foster key relationships in the legal and corporate industry. Frank brings five years of professional experience to his role at KCC and contributes in-depth labor and employment insight into KCC’s specialized claims management systems.

“Leveraging their experience and insight, Sondra and Frank will work with clients to identify the most effective administration support KCC can deliver to meet their desired outcome,” said James Le, KCC’s Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to joining KCC, Sondra was instrumental in the launch of the new claims administration and settlement fund escrow services for both Wachovia and Fifth Third Bank. Sondra’s notable cases include: In Re: Consolidated Non-Filing Litigation; Phase II Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement (MSA); Tobacco Loss Assistance Program; and In Re DPL Inc. Securities Litigation.

Before joining KCC, Frank was responsible for the litigation and management of over 100 labor and employment and consumer class action lawsuits. Notable cases Frank litigated and managed include: Garcia v. Vallarta Food Enterprises, Inc.; Williams v. Veolia Transportation Services, Inc.; Levy v. Keolis Transit America, Inc.; Steele v. Zumiez, Inc.; and Davis v. Brown Shoe Company, Inc.

Sondra received her Juris Doctor from Charlotte School of Law and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Southern Mississippi. Frank received his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Boston College.
