NOVATO, CA, JULY 26, 2011 – KCC, a Computershare company, today announced that leading legal notification experts, Gina Intrepido-Bowden and Carla Peak, have joined KCC’s Class Action Services team. The depth of expertise they offer provides that communications with class members are sound and effective; and media campaigns and notice methods that are defensible and pursuant to Federal and State laws. Together, they have executed more than 100 class action notice programs in the U.S. and Canada.

Gina brings more than 20 years of experience to KCC and is a frequent author and speaker on class action notice issues including effective reach, notice dissemination and requirements of the Class Action Fairness Act (CAFA). With more than a decade of experience in the industry, Carla specializes in the design of plain language legal notices to effectively communicate complex legal information to class members in a manner that they can understand. She speaks on class notice issues and has co-authored an article on effective class action settlements.
They design and implement programs that achieve optimal results and address due process requirements. Both are known within the class action industry for their work with some of the largest national and international consumer class action cases such as Trans Union Corp. Privacy Litigation, TJX Companies Customer Data Security Breach Litigation, Lockwood v. Certegy Check Services, Inc. and In re Residential Schools Litigation.
