El Segundo, CA, Sept. 29, 2011 – KCC, a Computershare company and premier provider of administrative-support services for the legal and financial industries, announced today that Bryan Butvick joins the company as President and James Le transitions to a new role as Executive Vice President of KCC Class Action Services.
As KCC’s President, Bryan drives strategic planning and growth initiatives for the company’s service offerings. Bryan led the acquisition of KCC by Computershare in 2009. He serves as an active member of KCC’s executive team and guides corporate development activities, operational integration and service enhancements.

Over the last six years, James Le has held several leadership positions at KCC. Most recently, James served as the company’s Chief Operating Officer (COO), ensuring a high standard of excellence in client service, technology development and financial performance. As Executive Vice President of KCC’s growing class action business, James leads an experienced management team, develops and executes short- and long-term strategies as well as designs innovative settlement administration and noticing solutions.
“For the last 18 months, James’ operational leadership has had extensive impact on our rapid growth in the class action settlement administration industry,” said Kurtzman, “Throughout his KCC tenure, he has established repeatable and scalable processes to not only offer time and cost efficiencies but also generate best industry practices for our clients.”
Prior to joining KCC, Bryan was the Executive Vice President of Computershare’s M&A Strategy group. His experience includes leading strategic acquisitions and partnerships in addition to managing financial and operational performance for various business units. James joined KCC in 2004. Previously, he served as a corporate finance and restructuring consultant at FTI Consulting.
