KCC Introduces Public Securities Services For Corporate Restructuring Clients

El Segundo, Calif., October 19, 2009 – KCC a leading claims and noticing agent serving companies considering or undergoing a corporate restructuring, introduced KCC Public Securities Services, a suite of services designed to help clients administer complex transactions involving publicly traded securities. Led by industry experts David M. Sharp and David Hartie, this service offering helps clients manage communications with public securities holders at every stage of the corporate restructuring process.
