Bringing more than a decade of legal experience to KCC, Dan will oversee the Securities practice and help grow KCC’s Government and Public Sector Services practice.

Prior to joining the company, Dan managed several Fair Funds matters and maintained a strong relationship with the SEC. During his career, he has managed over 100 cases, designed and implemented plans of distribution and developed economic damage models. Dan received his Bachelor of Science from UC Davis and is a licensed CPA.
