Eric Kerwood Joins KCC As Director Of Corporate Restructuring Services

El Segundo, CA, June 24, 2013 -- KCC, a Computershare company and premier provider of administrative-support services for the legal and financial industries, announced today that Eric Kerwood has joined the company as a Director of Corporate Restructuring Services in its New York office. Bringing more than fifteen years of financial advisory experience to KCC, Eric will actively participate in the company’s business development initiatives and lead key client engagements.

Prior to joining KCC, Mr. Kerwood served as managing director of FTI Consulting’s Corporate Finance and Restructuring practice where he consulted with clients in numerous financial matters involving corporate finance, business restructuring, and transaction advisory issues. He has been involved in restructuring engagements on both a national and international level including: Delphi, Inc.; Dewey & LeBeouf LLP; General Growth Properties, Inc; Northwest Airlines, Inc.; and Tousa, Inc.

Mr. Kerwood is a Certified Insolvency and Reorganization Advisor (CIRA) and a Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP). He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors (AIRA). He earned a Bachelor of Science degree with concentrations in Finance and International Management Studies from Boston College.
