Michael brings extensive corporate restructuring experience to his role as Senior Managing Consultant.  He provides senior-level consulting services while supporting KCC's growth initiatives and serves as an active member on key client engagements supporting clients' claims administration needs.

Prior to joining KCC, Michael was a partner in the Restructuring Group at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in the firm's New York office.  Michael represented debtors and official committees in Chapter 11 restructurings such as Solutia, Inc., Allegiance Telecom, Inc., Teligent, Inc., Newcor, Inc. and Quality Stores, Inc. 

Michael graduated with honors from Chicago-Kent College of Law and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Michigan.
